Orders
Each garment is handmade to order once the order has been placed and paid for by the customer. Please make sure to check the production time for the garment you have ordered to make sure you are aware of how long it takes us to make your garment before it is dispatched out to you.
Shipping
Olivia Rose The Label ships worldwide.
Each item is sent with a tracked and signed for service via Royal Mail, you will receive an email notification of your order confirmation as well as a despatch email along with tracking information once your item is on its way to you.
Olivia Rose The Label is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post / stolen or damaged once sent that are out of our control. It is the customers responsibility to resolve any of the above circumstances.
Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please do not email us for updates on your order if the estimated time for making and shipment has not yet elapsed.
If there is an issue with your delivery please follow up directly with the shipping provider with your tracking number.
International Shipping & Customs
If you order products for delivery outside of the UK, please be well aware that your order will be subject to import duties and taxes, please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Customs fees are calculated based on the package’s value, we will only issue a 50% refund to customers on orders that are returned to us due to refused or unpaid custom & duties fees for our time spent hand making and sending your order. It is your responsibility to comply with the customs laws and regulations of your country.
Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.
Standard Shipping Estimates
UK – £6 – 1-2 working days for delivery once posted.
Europe – £20 – 7-10 working days for delivery once posted. (Please allow an extra 3-5 days for customs clearance).
Rest of the world – £25 – 7-10 working days for delivery once posted.
