All of our garments are made to order and or made to measure, these items are handmade and produced by us, just for you and are non-returnable and or refundable unless stated otherwise on each individual product page, so please make a considered purchase when placing your order with us.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore if you receive your item and it does not fit, we are happy to issue you with an exchange of size on eligible items only.

Please note:
We are able to offer an exchange of size one time only on eligible items as a good will gesture; as exchanges of size are also produced to order by us and produced upon request.

•If exchanging size you will receive an invoice from us for your shipping costs in order for us to ship your new dress to you once it is finished being made.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 7 days of return confirmation. 

The items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with all original tags still attached. Take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have signs of wear, makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour.

Olivia Rose The Label is not liable for any return costs or providing customers with return labels.

Custom and made-to-measure garments are not eligible for return or refund.

All discounted items are final sale.

Returns Process

Email hello@oliviarosethelabel.com with the subject ‘RETURN’ to organise your return for an exchange of size.

Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it reaches us safely.
