All of our garments are made to order, these items are handmade and produced by us on demand, just for you so please make a considered purchase when placing your order with us.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 10 days of receiving the item for either an exchange of size, or store credit in the form of a coupon code, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact, we will not accept your return if it shows signs of wear such as make up marks, stains and/or body odour.
Items that are marked as “Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns.
Returns are only valid on standard size orders, your item is not eligible for return if you opted for our made to measure service or customised your order in any way. 
All discounted items are final sale and are non returnable.

Initiate your Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email with the subject line ‘RETURN’.
Provide your name and order number within the email.
Let us know the reason for your return.
Choose whether you’d like an exchange of size or store credit (exchanges of size are available to UK customers only).
Once we have received your email we will get back to you within 2 – 3 working days.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.

Inspection and Approval:

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
