Exchange & Store Credit

All of our items are made to order, these items are handmade and produced in house by us, just for you and are non-refundable (no exceptions), so please make a considered purchase when placing your order with us as well as choosing the correct size – please see our sizing guide for help on choosing the best size for you.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore if you receive your item and it does not fit, we are happy to issue you with either: small alterations to your garment, an exchange of size, or store credit which has no expiry date.

Please note:
We are able to offer an exchange of size one time only as a good will gesture; as exchanges of size are also made to order in house by us and produced upon request.
We can only issue store credit for ‘logged-in customers’ purchases. It’s not possible to apply store credit for guest purchases. Guest purchases are eligible for exchange of size or alterations only.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 7 days.

The items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with all original tags still attached. Take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour.

Olivia Rose The Label is not liable for any return costs or providing customers with return labels.

Custom or made-to-measure items are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are created bespoke to your specifications.

All discounted items are final sale.

Returns Process

Email with the subject ‘RETURN’ to organise your return for alterations, an exchange of size or store credit.

Please note that return costs are at your expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it reaches us safely.
