Each garment is handmade by us, once the order has been placed and paid for by the customer. We kindly request that you check the production time for your chosen garment to ensure you are aware of how long it takes us to make your garment before it is dispatched out to you.

SHIPPING

Olivia Rose The Label offers worldwide shipping.

All items are dispatched via Royal Mail with tracking and signature confirmation.
You'll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a dispatch email notification with tracking information once your item is on its way to you.
While we take utmost care in preparing your order, Olivia Rose The Label cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage once the package is in transit. It is the customers responsibility to resolve any of the above circumstances.
Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please refrain from enquiring about your order status if the estimated production and shipping time has not yet elapsed.
For delivery issues, please contact the shipping provider directly using your tracking number.

For deliveries outside the UK:

Please note that additional duties and taxes may occur depending on the region in which you live. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.
Import fees vary by country, to get an estimate of the expected fees due in your region please check this first for the best possible estimate.
Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.
