Returns Policy

RETURNS

All of our items are handmade to order especially for you, please make a considered purchase when placing your order with us.

If you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 7 days of receiving the item for exchange or store credit, subject to the following terms and conditions:
RETURN ELIGIBILITY 
  • All items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted if they show any signs of wear or alteration, including but not limited to makeup residue, stains, odours, or evidence of washing or modifications.
  • All discounted items marked as "Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
  • Returns are only valid on full priced, standard size orders, your item is not eligible for return if you opted for our made-to-measure service or customised your order in any way. 

INITIATING A RETURN

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email hello@oliviarosethelabel.com with the subject line 'RETURN'.
  2. Include your name and order number within the email.
  3. Provide the reason for your return.
  4. Specify your preference for an exchange or store credit.
  5. Once we have received your email, we will get back to you within 2 – 3 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International duties, VAT, customs fees, taxes, and any other fees are the customer's responsibility. 

Any fees we inherit resulting from: abandoned orders, return to sender/refusal, or improper filing when making a return will be deducted from your refund.
 

QUALITY INSPECTION PROCESS

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return, with next steps.
