Returns Policy

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 7 days of receiving your order for either:

  • Exchange of size or style
  • 100% Store Credit (all store credits are valid for 6 months)
Subject to the following terms and conditions:

RETURN ELIGIBILITY 
  • All items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted if they show any signs of wear or alteration, including but not limited to makeup residue, stains, odours, or evidence of washing or modifications.
  • Bespoke, made to measure or customised orders are non-returnable.
  • Items bought at a discounted price are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange.

INITIATING A RETURN

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email hello@oliviarosethelabel.com with the subject line 'RETURN'.
  2. Include your name and order number within the email.
  3. Provide the reason for your return.
  4. Specify your preference for exchange or store credit.
  5. Once we have received your email, we will get back to you within 2 – 3 business days.
RETURN SHIPPING

Return costs are at your expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return. We recommend using a tracking service to ensure it reaches us safely.

QUALITY INSPECTION PROCESS 

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If your item does not meet the return criteria we will notify you via email and will automatically return the dress back to you.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges outside of the UK. Please return your item to us for store credit and place a new order.
