Olivia Rose The Label is a luxury British fashion brand, specialising in handmade-to-order garments. We strive to evoke deep emotions and cherished memories within each of our garments. Offering pieces that transcend trends, leaving a lasting impression, empowering the women who wear them and becoming beloved elements of their wardrobe. Every piece is designed and meticulously handmade to order in our Edinburgh based studio, by founder Olivia or production assistant Anna, infusing each garment with so much love, just for you.
We source the highest-grade fabrics and materials for all of our designs, from 100% silk to a soft viscose-ecovero blend fabric, prioritising quality and longevity. Details on the exact materials used are provided in each product description.
ORDER PROCESS
As each piece is handmade to order, production typically takes around 2 weeks. Shipping times vary by location. Please check product descriptions and our shipping policy for detailed estimates.
Due to our bespoke process, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 24 hours of order placement. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your order and we can guide you from there – hello@oliviarosethelabel.com.
Each order is wrapped in our signature packaging, ensuring a refined unboxing experience.
SIZING & FIT
Our sizing guide is a general guideline for helping you find the size that would fit you best. While exact measurements may vary between styles, many of our designs are cut on the bias, allowing them to adapt gracefully to your silhouette.

Yes, we offer a made-to-measure service for an additional charge. To use this service, simply add it to your cart along with your selected dress. At the checkout, there will be space for you to leave your exact measurements, ensuring your dress is made to fit you flawlessly.
Please note that due to the personalised nature of this service, made-to-measure items are non-returnable.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, please see our shipping page for more details.
All items are dispatched via Royal Mail with tracking and signature confirmation. After your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a dispatch email notification with tracking information once your item is on its way to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to our return policy conditions. Please note that custom or made-to-measure items are non-returnable.
