FAQ’s
How do you make your garments? All items are designed by me, they are then sampled, graded for sizing and then handmade to order here in my Edinburgh studio by either myself or my production assistant Anna, we are a small team of two.
Do you ship worldwide? Yes. Each order is sent with a tracked and signed for service via Royal Mail.
How long do orders take to be made and delivered? Every item we sell is handmade to order, our usual waiting times are around 2 weeks for the production of your garment. Your order will then be posted off to you. Shipping times can vary depending on where you are in the world, please check my delivery & returns page for shipping times.
How should I care for my ORTL garments? I recommend all items to be hand washed, hang dried and steam ironed. Please do not bleach or tumble dry your ORTL pieces.
How do I order my correct size? Please check my sizing guide page: You can check your correct sizing from there. We do offer a custom / bespoke measurements service for our dresses only.
How do I give my own custom measurements? For custom measurements you simply have to measure yourself, choose the ‘custom size’ option where available on the item you are interested in buying and then simply leave your custom measurements at the checkout. Please checkout my sizing guide for more information on this.
Can I return my order? As every item is handmade to order, I am unable to offer refunds. Please check my delivery & returns page for more info on this.
How can I place a custom order? For any custom order requests please email us at hello@oliviarosethelabel.com with your full custom order request and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
