Each garment is handmade to order by me once it has been ordered and paid for in full by the customer. Please allow 21 days for the making and sending of your item once purchased. This can differ depending on order demand at the time and which country you are ordering from.
Olivia Rose The Label ships worldwide. Each item is sent with a tracked and signed for service, you will receive an email notification of your order confirmation as well as tracking information and a despatch email once your item is on its way to you. Olivia Rose The Label is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post once sent that are out of my control.
If you order products for delivery outside of the UK, your order will be subject to import duties and taxes, please note that I have no control over these charges and I cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.
Standard Shipping Estimates
UK – £6 – 1-3 days for delivery once posted.
Europe – £18 – 5-10 days for delivery once posted.
Rest of the world – £25 – 7-14 days for delivery once posted.

As Olivia Rose The Label sells on a Made-To-Order business model, I cannot offer a return or refund if you change your mind or if the item/s does not fit. Each piece is carefully crafted and handmade once your order has been placed. A lot of time and care goes into making each piece, so please be considerate when placing your order.
Make sure to visit my sizing guide page to make sure you match yourself to your correct size or you can leave your own measurements in the notes when you checkout.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase I do offer alterations at an additional cost, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery and a returns address will be provided to you.
For alterations and exchanges it will always be the customer’s responsibility to safely post items back to the studio with a trusted tracked service, this cost is not worked into the price of my garments and must be covered by you.
