Each garment is handmade from scratch once it has been ordered and paid for in full by the customer. Please allow anywhere between 1 – 2 weeks for the making of your item once purchased, this timing can differ depending on order demand at the time. Your item will then be shipped out to you. Shipping times can differ depending on which country you are ordering from.

Each item is sent with a tracked and signed for service via Royal Mail, you will receive an email notification of your order confirmation as well as tracking information and a despatch email once your item is on its way to you.
Olivia Rose The Label is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post or stolen once sent and/or delivered that are out of my control. It is the customers responsibility to resolve any of the above circumstances.
If you order products for delivery outside of the UK, your order will be subject to import duties and taxes, please note that I have no control over these charges and I cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.
Standard Shipping Estimates
UK – £6 – 1 working day for delivery once posted.
Europe – £20 – 5-7 working days for delivery once posted.
Rest of the world – £25 – 5-7 working days for delivery once posted.
As we are a very small handmade to order brand, we are unable to offer refunds. Each piece is carefully crafted and handmade especially for you once your order has been placed. A lot of time and care goes into making each piece, so please be considerate when placing your order.
We are able to offer exchanges of size if your garment does not fit as desired, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your item if you would like to exchange your size and we will be happy to help.
Alternatively we are able to offer an alteration service at an extra cost for UK customers only if you would like your dress altered to fit you better instead of an exchange of size. If you would like your dress to be altered by us please email us to discuss your requirements as this would come at an extra charge depending on the complexity of your alteration needs.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the items for exchange or alterations back to us safely using a tracked & signed for service. Your garment must return to us in perfect condition as you had received it.
